End and Beginning

Hello all:) yes, I know its been a loooooooooooooong while. What can I say? I have been so busy with school that blogging took an incredible backseat. I hope to move it a little closer to the front this next year. Before I move onto that, though, I want to go over 2009. What a year! I started it out half way through an amazing transformation. I was still struggling through a lot of stuff - and trying to find the answers. I found pieces in so many places. I found people who knew the path who had the information I was looking for. I just didn't know it. I learned so much, and grew an intense amount. Over the last 6 months, I have completed 2 terms at PSU, loving every minute by the way, and am formally admitted to the Film Major. I am so happy and so content. I look at this and think back to when I was "looking" for that last secret. It took me awhile, but I finally got it. I will tell you, but unless you are ready to hear it, you won't get it. I didn't. I heard all...

Article for Raising Your Vibration

I have a new article online ! Why is it that we tend to overlook the simple things? They sit right there in front of us, but we just don't see them. One of my goals for this month was to write a short story/article. I started and stopped so many times because most of the stuff I was writing was much longer than any short story. Then, a few days ago, it occurred to me that others who are learning the law of attraction and who are struggling to understand why, when they are doing everything right, they just can't get to the next level and actually receive what they are manifesting. Well, that was me last year, I was doing all the stuff - affirmations, and getting rid of resistance, and staying positive, and everything else I read, but something was missing. I came up with it quite by accident one day and it had such a huge effect (I received what I had been manifesting literally 10 seconds later), I have been using it ever since. This completely raises my vibration to where it n...

Joy & Peace

I sit here knowing and understanding the beauty of the Universe. This morning, as I was writnig out what I manifest, what is already here in the Vortex, I typed "I am open to love". In the past, this has not been the case, but I choose to be open to love and be open to the kind of relationship I believe can exist. As soon as I clicked Send, I turned my head toward my wonderful wall of windows and looked at the catholic church that sits there. Usually I rarely look at it as its usually surrounded by homeless or doing some sort of church service, but today there were 5 men in tuxes standing out front. It was immediately obvious there was a wedding happening soon. I watched them, amused as they tried to figure out how to put the flowers in the button holes and I watched as the bridesmaids and bride appeared. As I watched, picture taking took place and a cop stopped right in front of the church so the photographer could step out into the street to take just the right pic. Wedding...

First term down . . .

Yes, its been awhile since I blogged - I know:) I have been so focused on my first term in school, that I haven't been visiting the web very much. Since classes ended last week, I have found myself mulling over the last year. It was in June 2008 that I knew I was ready to go ahead with learning more and getting a hold on me and my future. It was July 21, 2008, that I started with the Boundless Living Challenge. Now, here I am, a little over a year later. What a change a year makes. I am so happy, so joyful. I have true focus in my life and love what I am doing. I see challenges for what they are and don't let them affect me. Basically, in the span of a year, I have become a completely different person. I don't know many people that can honestly say this - but I can. Change, which so many of us shirk and shy away from is so easy if we but stop the doubts and push ahead, can happen so quickly and easily. It feels effortless. I look at other: friends of mine or my mother's...

The Law of Attraction works, plain and simple

Well, its been a few weeks since I posted, but so much has happend in that time. My goal was to start at Portland State University on June 22nd. As of June 10th, I was no closer to my goal. While I was accepted and registered for school, I was lacking the resources. But - I chose to believe that the money would come. A few days previous, I had chosen the date of June 11th as the day the money would need to come through by so I could move to Portland and get settled before school started. On June 11th, the money came through. The next week was insanely busy. I got moved into my new apartment June 18th and had a couple days to walk around the city before school started. Here I sit, on June 28th, strong in the knowledge of one thing - the Law of Attraction works. It works in amazing and wonderful ways. We just need to know our goals will come to pass - we need to know against current circumstance that things will work out. I kept saying "I choose to know that the money I need to move...

Hope ~ Dreaming the Impossible Dream

As we all go for goals that are bigger than we are, some so big they feel more like dreams, the question of how can I keep hoping when there are no hints in front of me. I have found small ways to combat it, but last night a story brought home just how hope and determination can do anything & everything. Have you seen the movie Apollo 13? Apollo 13 is about the Apollo 13 space mission. The fact that NASA gave it the number 13 was quite prophetic. The number 13 is associated with bad things happening, and lets face it - nothing but bad things happened to that ship. First, part of their ship blew off. They lost most of their oxygen and most of their power. They had to use a LEM (Lunar Excursion Module) as a life-raft for their trip around the moon and back. They had to turn off the LEM engines so as to have power for the end of their trip. They had too much carbon dioxide at one point that had to be dealt with. They came in too shallow and had the possibility of skiffing off the atmo...

What does success mean to you?

I am sure we all have different answers to that question. So much that Noah St. John has created a contest called Success Goes Viral . In the contest, you can submit a 2 minute video, telling Noah what success means to you. There are tremendous prizes, both for the subject and the filmmaker. So go over to http://www.successgoesviral.com/ , sign up, and tell Noah and his audience what Success means to you. You will clarify it for yourself, and hey - you might win some amazing prizes at the same time!

The Guru Insidiousness

In anything, and especially right now with the surge of new age material, Gurus appear. Gurus are not necessarily bad. They say they have incredible information that can help us with out lives. As wonderful as we find them, as amazing as they might be, don't completely rely on any Guru's promises. As my readers know, I have been investigating several law of attraction programs over the last year. Last June I went through Louise L Hay's "You Can Heal Your Life". I have now been in the Boundless Living Challenge for 11 months now. I took part in Bob Proctor's 10-week Intensive Coaching program. Also, during this time, I purchased the "Missing Secret" program from Joe Vitale and "The Secret Code of Success" by Noah St. John. There are also a few things I won't mention here, but may get their own post in the future. Every one of these is considered a Guru in their area; but there is the problem - if you choose to believe in only one of them...

The worst meditation in the world

I am big on meditation. Its good for stress relief and centers me. So, whenever I see a link for a free meditation, I am game to give it a go. I downloaded a meditation from David and Kristin Morelli, intuitives, and creators of the Everything is Energy radio program. They just started a 40 Days & 40 Nights program,  which this meditation was from.  Once downloaded and loaded onto my MP3 player, I got comfortable and hit play. I wish I hadn't.

Why Twitter won't last.

Everyone goes on and on about Twitter being the best thing since sliced bread. Well, its not. It just appears to be that way due to all the free advertising they are getting on shows like Oprah and Good Morning America. There are severe issues with Twitter people don't seem to know about. A. The Terms of Service that they post when you join is not their full TOS. You have to break one of the unwritten rules and get suspended, before they show you the rest. B. Once suspended, your chances of getting re-instated are practically non-existant. Many Twitter'ers have mentioned someone they know being suspended and no matter how much they wrote, there was no re-instatement coming). I, in fact, had a twitter account suspended, even though I had asked for permission to do a job board on Twitter, which, after they suspended the account, said was against their TOS. C. Once they suspend your account, you can not delete it. Even if it interferes with your company brand - they have disabled ...

Review: Bob Proctor 10-week Intensive Coaching Program

OK, I did it. I completed the Bob Proctor 10-week Intensive Program. And intensive it was!~ This program has its good points and its bad points, all which will be mentioned here. But make no mistake about it - If I had it all to do over again, I would! The Bob Proctor Intensive was a 10-week program that used "You Were Born Rich", one of Bob's programs, as its base. The first four weeks were spent with reading intently, watching the DVDs intently, and listening to CDs of the DVDs intently. The last four weeks were spent working toward a specific goal.

Spring has definitely sprung

March went out like a nice little lamb, and April is shaping up to be beautiful~ It is most definitely Spring Cleaning time. I am actually looking forward to it this year. Before I wanted to clean everything, but hated all the caustic cleaners. I would usually talk myself out of some of it. This year, I don't have to do that! I have natural, non-toxic cleaners at my beck-and-call! Green Cleaning has to be one of the best things I have ever found. That is why I created the book! So that others could clean easier and without damaging consequences. So, say after me - I no longer fear to clean!~ http://greencleaningbook.com

Goal in . .

Ah, I can't  believe that March is almost over. This month has just flown by! My March goal has hit and now I am starting to work on my April goal. It may have to be re-worked abit, but at this time, this is how it reads: April 30, 2009 I am so happy and grateful now that I am a confident, professional Research Consultant. I dress impeccably and act with integrity at all times.

Join the Boundless Living Challenge

OK - if you have been keeping up with my posts, you have heard me mention the Boundless Living Challenge - oh, I'd say at least once per posting! LOL It is an amazing way to reach your goals in a short period of time. The Boundless Living Challenge is a free (yep, its free!), creation from Bob Doyle, who was in the Secret. His company also produces Wealth Beyond Reason, a great program to help you achieve everything you want in life. The BLC is hosted on Ning, a social network. Currently there are almost 10,000 members as of the time I write this. The basis is 45 days to reach your goal. The site has been running since July 21st, 2008 and is about to start its 3rd official challenge. Those of us who have been here since the beginning are starting are 4th, 5th or 6th challenge. That is the great thing about the BLC , there is so much support, and so much energy with all these people working toward their goals. Want to reach a high-level of vibration with the Universe? Have a goal...

The Frustration Point

Sitting here, I have hit upon a realization. We all go toward our dreams/goals with passion and purpose. We hit many obstacles along the way, some are easy to cross, others more difficult. Then we come to what I have decided to call "The Frustration Point". This point comes ever closer to our actual goal. We have placed the goal firmly in our mind. We can see it, we can taste it - In our minds we are living it. The only problem is: the spiritual goal has not yet manifested in the physical form. Sitting here, I recognize this within myself. I see where I am at. I am ready to live this - I am ready for it all to be in its physical state. Mentally I have been there for awhile. Now, I find myself thinking - what more do I need to do? Ordinarily this would cause extreme frustration, then anger and then the tossing out of my goals. As James Ray said in the Secret. We plant the seed and expect it to grow and we watch it daily. Then, just before it bursts through into the light, we g...

Re-energize those goals

All right - Spring has sprung - its a great time to re=energixe those goals. I have been working steadily for 2 weeks toward a very important goal, but noticed yesterday I was slipping. So, today I re-dedicate myself to my goals. To Do List: Find new Marketing idea and act on it Read from Editing Book for 30-60 minutes Write for an hour Watch 60 minutes of You Were Born Rich DVD Go to Gym - 30 minutes Cardio, 30 minutes weights Work on websites Meditate for 30 minutes OK - Now on to the list!

Feel the pain . . .

Ya know - before I got into exercise a few years ago, whenever I would hear someone say "Feel The pain" when they were talking about exercise, I would think "Yeah, right!" Well, now I am such a person. I love that burn. I have been doing an affirmation on being in perfect health and being a size 6, and for the last 6 months have been doing cardio, but to no avail (or at least it seemed it). I started weight-training again yesterday (first time in 7 years - yikes!) and found out a few things - I am feeling the burn again, YAY; I wake up sore again, YAY, and I also had my body-fat percentage measured and found that all that cardio had made a difference, I may have stayed the exact same weight, but I was burning off 7% of my body fat! YIPPEE!~ Added to that - my perfect health mantra must be working. I find all the foods I used to love either tasteless, or even worse, gross. Now I am starting to look at trying to eat Lettuce (GASP!~). Yeah, I have never been a fan of t...

On track, in track, or something . . .

Ah, what a wonderful day - the sun is shining and I feel great! Got asked about doing a TV spot yesterday for my book Green Cleaning: Save Your Money, Save Your Health, Save The Earth . (That's https://www.createspace.com/3374986 for those who only see text not html) Its exciting what the Universe can do, once you get your sub-consious in gear! I have started following John Kremer on Twitter - He does alot with Book Marketing - very interested to hear what he has to say. Need a boost in my exercise routine, so I have my first workout with a new trainer today. Lets hope I am sore tomorrow! Now say after me: I choose to listen with my Inductive mind, not my deductive mind.

Each day a new day . . .

Wow - Every day I am deeply amazed at how far I have come from where I was. I am so much happier, I see things working the way I want them to, and I actually see myself achieving my goals. For those who really want to go for it - there are so many helps. On the right side are two programs that really get you going. (The Missing Secret and Secret Code of Success) But, if you want to see how to succeed; if you really are ready to grab ahold of that prize - I honestly cannot suggest anything better than Bob Proctor's coaching program. All I can say is WOW>!!!!! I am currently taking the 10-week intensive and I see my life changing before my very eyes. As I watch the DVD's and listen to the CD's, little light bulbs keep going on above my head! There is a 13 month program and this new 10-week intensive. And they are TRULY worth every penny! To sign up got to Bob Proctor Coaching !

To Twitter or not to Twitter

Hello everyone, I just signed up with Twitter this morning and I must say, its the most bizarre thing I have ever seen~! And yet - it keeps your interest. If you want to see what I am twittering, go for it ~

...very interesting...

Now that I have my goals written down and have strategies to do them, I am amazed at all the stuff that is showing up! Today I found 3 books I have written but didn't have the self-esteem to get published. Well, guess where they are going? I am going to go through them, make sure everything reads and looks right, and as long as I still like what I wrote, they are going into print! This is so cool. Plus - I finished the script for my first podcast - YAY. As soon as my voice is back to normal, I will record it - until then, I am writing a script-a-day so that I can get several podcasts going. happy . . . happy . . . . happy

The little blue index card . . .

Who knew that a 3x5 blue index card could have such power? I carry with me a 3x5 index card that lists a date (March 31, 2009) and my goal as I have achieved it. Every time I touch the card, look at the card, see the card; it settles any unsettled emotions. It reminds me what I am working for. I can see it, I can touch it - and in my mind I can also see and touch the money coming from my goal! I suggest you all get a 3 x 5 index card, write down a date (the date you want the goal by), and then write "I am so happy and grateful now that " and fill in your goal. Always have it with you. I have mine in my pocket, so every time I reach for my phone I feel it, when I go to the gym I take it out and look at it often while I am exercising. I have ideas coming out of nowhere to get me to this goal. I am energized (even while sick!) and am working hard at making this goal a reality. Onward and Upward!~

Insurance contacts???

Hello everyone! This may sound like an odd request, but does anyone have an insurance contact that I could use? Or is anyone in the insurance industry here? The reason I am asking is I want to get in touch with some insurance execs. I truly think my Green Cleaning booklet would be very advantageous to them and would like to have the chance to explain why. If anyone has a contact, I would be very grateful! Send me a note here .

Green In . . . Clean Out . . .

OK - for those of you not in the know, I am sure that subject was quite bizarre. But -I am excited to announce that my new revised copy of Clean Your Home . . . without all those nasty chemicals is called Green Cleaning and it is now available! Although I loved the fact that I got Clean Your Home to print, and was very proud of what was inside it, I always felt somewhat bothered by how it looked. That is now gone! Green Cleaning, Save Your Money, Save Your Health, Save The Earth is officially available! Not only does it look professional - and I am very excited about it, it also includes some changes to the former information, plus some new additions. I am so excited about this - plus, it has allowed me to "open the doors" so to speak, to other authors who want to be published but don't know how. Also, as I am working on Marketing plans for it, I came across someone today that is out speaking against the chemicals they place in makeup and facial cleaners. I am working ...

. . .and out of nowhere . . .

OK - Im back! LOL I have been so busy, that I didn't realize it has been so long! What have I been busy with? Watching what I want come into my life, basically. Some of the things have been almost instantaneous. Its been amazing. So, what am I up to now? I just re-wrote my cleaning booklet. I have renamed it Green Cleaning and it will be available soon on Amazon.com. Also, I have come across 2 amazing products that I would suggest for anyone trying to make a better life for themself. 1. The Missing Secret is by Joe Vitale. He takes The Secret and shows you how to actually make it work. Its an amazing CD. 2. The Secret Code to Success by Noah St. John. The most amazing thing I can say about this book is WOW!. 7 small, and yet amazing secrets to unlocking everything you have every wanted - in every area of your life! As things go along, I am going to be reviewing more and more LOA and life-changing products and reviewing them. Currently I am taking part in two coaching programs. W...
